What we collect, and what we don't

The short version

This site does not run analytics and does not set its own cookies. The waitlist on /app and the form on /book open your own email app with what you typed, so nothing reaches us until you press send.

What we hold

Whatever you email us: your name, your email address, and whatever you chose to write, including the waitlist and contact forms. It sits in our email account. We do not hold anything else from this website, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept while it is useful, for an ongoing conversation or a list you asked to be on. Ask us to delete it and we will, other than anything we have to keep for tax or contract records.

Services this site relies on

• Hosting. The site is served by a static hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs for security and abuse prevention.
• YouTube. The Practice page embeds a video using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and other links take you to YouTube. Once you play a video, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
• Google Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google's font service, which receives the request for the font files.
• Email. Messages you send arrive in an email account provided by a mail provider and are subject to its handling.

Your choices

Ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, at admin@wavesdancetech.com. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local data protection law, and we will honor those.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
