Practices on the Daily Dance channel are free to watch and free to use personally. Playback is governed by YouTube's own terms.

There is no account system on this site. The waitlist and the contact form send your information to Waves Dance Tech by email. See Privacy for what is kept and how to have it removed.

Daily Dance is a movement and wellness practice intended for experiential purposes. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
